How do I find my most fertile day(s)?Updated 22 days ago

All of kegg's data sources work together well as a set. The fertile window prediction, Fertility and Cervical Mucus Scores, and ovulation probability help you identify your most likely fertile window and ovulation day. The impedance trend line is your real-time guide. When your impedance trend starts to dip in or near your fertile window, it's a strong indication that your cervical mucus is fertile, signaling the best time to try for a baby. Your most fertile days tend to occur as the impedance trend is moving downwards which typically aligns with the peak fertility days marked in green.

Aim to time your efforts when your Fertility and Cervical Mucus Scores are high and your impedance trend is forming a valley. Make sure to be consistent with your daily readings and period logs. That helps kegg learn your unique cycle and sharpen its predictions, making your fertile window more precise each cycle!
