The impedance trend reflects the real-time changes in your cervical mucus from the first day of kegg use. When you are in your fertile days, the impedance trend will form the 'fertile valley', or a dip in the impedance trend. If your cycles tend to be irregular, be sure to carefully watch your impedance trend to time your efforts throughout the fertile valley, which may occur outside of your fertile window prediction, especially during your first cycle with kegg.
