Applies to orders placed on or after January 1, 2022

At kegg, we are committed to helping you grow your family. Our Pregnancy Guarantee promises a full refund if you do not conceive while using kegg. If kegg doesn’t work for you, we want you to have the freedom to explore the next step in your journey.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 12-Month Pregnancy Guarantee refund, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Purchase Requirements

   • You are the original purchaser of kegg.

   • You purchased kegg directly from kegg.tech after January 1st 2022.

   • OR

   • You purchased kegg from authorized retailers (Amazon, Myovaterra/Fertility Nutraceuticals, LLC, or Rescripted.com/Best Shot Care, Inc.) before December 1, 2024

2. Usage Guidelines

   • You have not conceived (i.e., no positive pregnancy test) since starting kegg.

   • You have used kegg as recommended (per the manual and terms of service) for a minimum of 12 months with at least 10 completed cycles within 18 months from purchase date. 

   • You have timed intercourse or insemination during your fertile days of each cycle.

   • You have consistently used kegg with sufficient readings to time your trying-to-conceive efforts during your most fertile days.

   • You meet the following criteria:

     • Are between 21-43 and have ovulatory cycles with periods.
     • Are not on hormonal birth control or using an IUD.
     • Are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or in menopause.
     • Are trying to conceive.

3. Data Review

   • You agree to allow the kegg Customer Success team to review your kegg data to verify eligibility at the time of your refund request.

Additional Information

• Occasional missed readings will not disqualify you. We understand that life happens, and minor gaps won’t impact your eligibility.
