Can I return my kegg?Updated a month ago

kegg accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, sealed devices. Because kegg is an intimate wellness device, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used devices for health and safety reasons.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your kegg must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• Sealed — the silver tamper-evident seal on the box must be intact and untampered with
• Returned within 30 days of your original purchase date

Opened or used devices

We are unable to accept returns on any kegg device that has been opened. If a returned device is not in new, sealed condition, it will be disposed of without a refund.

Visit returns.kegg.tech and follow the prompts to initiate your return.

After you submit your return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. If the device is found to be opened or used, it will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

• Return shipping costs
• Taxes and original shipping charges
