Check your order confirmation email

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from kegg.

How long does shipping take?

• Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days after your order ships

Please note that processing time (before your order ships) is separate from transit time.

My tracking isn't updating

It can take 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent. Carrier systems sometimes experience delays in updating — this is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please contact our support team via the contact form with your order number and we'll look into it.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it

Before contacting us, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your building's mailroom or parcel locker — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.
