How do I find my most fertile day(s)?Updated a month ago
When your kegg readings begin to dip during (or near) your estimated fertile days, that’s a great sign it’s time to start trying.
That dip creates what we call your fertile valley. Think of the entire valley as fertile — from the first drop in readings, through the lowest point, and up through the rise back out of the valley.
We recommend timing intercourse (or insemination) across this full window, based on what feels right for you (and, if applicable, your partner and provider).
Keep in mind: the highest-chance days for conception are typically the 1–3 days before ovulation. So don’t wait for your readings to start rising again — start trying as soon as the valley begins.
