A current app limitation is a "forgot my passcode" option. Our development team is working to implement this, but in the meantime, please uninstall and reinstall the kegg app. Your data will remain safely saved and once you reinstall the app, you can use the magic link to receive an email and successfully log in to the app. If you need help, please contact our customer support team here.
