Pregnancy Guarantee — how it works, eligibility, and how to applyUpdated 18 days ago

At kegg, we stand behind our product. If you use kegg as directed and do not conceive, you will be eligible for a refund. Here is everything you need to know about how the guarantee works.

For the complete terms and conditions, visit: kegg.tech/pages/6-month-pregnancy-guarantee-t-c

Which purchases qualify?

The 6-Month Pregnancy Guarantee applies to kegg devices purchased directly from kegg.tech between September 4, 2025 and September 30, 2026.

  • Purchases made through Amazon, or any other retailer, do not qualify for the current guarantee.
  • You must be the original purchaser of the device.

Eligibility requirements

To qualify for a full refund under the Pregnancy Guarantee, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Usage

  • You have used kegg for a minimum of 6 calendar months AND completed at least 6 full cycles. Both conditions must be met — depending on your cycle length, one may take longer than the other.
  • You have kegg readings on at least 80% of your non-bleeding cycle days each cycle.
  • You began using kegg within 2 months of your purchase date (unless otherwise arranged in advance with Customer Support for extenuating circumstances).
  • You timed your trying-to-conceive efforts during your fertile days, as indicated by the hearts on your cycle chart.

Onboarding

  • You completed the full kegg app onboarding process, including checking whether you qualify for free nutrition therapy. Although there is no obligation to book an appointment, it is strongly recommend to help maximize chances of pregnancy.

Personal criteria

  • You are between 21 and 43 years of age at the start of the guarantee period, and complete a minimum of 6 cycles and 6 months of use before turning 44.
  • You are not on hormonal birth control or using an IUD.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or in menopause.
  • You are actively trying to conceive.
  • Your cycles are between 15 and 45 days in length.
  • You have ovulatory cycles.
  • You have not had a positive pregnancy test since starting kegg.

Data review

  • You agree to allow the kegg Customer Success team to review your kegg data to verify eligibility at the time of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding taxes and shipping. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card.

How to apply

  1. Visit returns.kegg.tech/step1/pregnancy and complete the application form.
  2. Allow up to 3 weeks for your submission to be reviewed. Please do not resubmit — duplicate applications may delay processing.

Common questions

Does it have to be 6 months or 6 cycles?

Both. You must have used kegg for at least 6 calendar months and completed at least 6 full cycles. For users with longer cycles, 6 months may pass before 6 cycles are complete — in that case, you would need to wait until both conditions are met.

I purchased from Amazon. Am I covered?

The current 6-Month Pregnancy Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly on kegg.tech. Amazon purchases are not eligible for the current promotion.

What does "80% of non-bleeding days" mean?

For every cycle, count the days you were not bleeding or spotting. You need a kegg reading logged on at least 80% of those days across your 6+ cycles. For example, if a cycle had 20 non-bleeding days, you would need readings on at least 16 of them. Consistent kegg use yields the most effective insights, and thus is required.

The approval email link expires after 7 days. If yours has expired, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we will resend it. Please do not resubmit a new application.
