At kegg, we are committed to helping you grow your family. Our Pregnancy Guarantee promises a full refund if you do not conceive while using kegg. If kegg doesn’t work for you, we want you to have the freedom to explore the next step in your journey.

The 12 Month Guarantee

Applies to orders placed on or after January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, August 1-August 31, 2025

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 12-Month Pregnancy Guarantee refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Purchase Requirements

• You are the original purchaser of kegg.
• You purchased kegg directly from kegg.tech after January 1st 2022 through June 30, 2025, August 1-August 31, 2025
• OR
• You purchased kegg from authorized retailers (Amazon, Myovaterra/Fertility Nutraceuticals, LLC, or Rescripted.com/Best Shot Care, Inc.) before December 1, 2024

Usage Guidelines

• You completed the full kegg app onboarding process
• You have not conceived (i.e., no positive pregnancy test) since starting kegg.
• You have used kegg as recommended (per the manual and terms of service) for at least 10 consecutive cycles over a minimum of 12 months.
• Must begin kegg use within 2 months of purchase, unless otherwise arranged in advance with Customer Support
• You have consistently used kegg. 
• You have kegg readings on at least 80% of your non-bleeding cycle days.
• You timed your trying-to-conceive efforts during your fertile days, indicated by hearts on your cycle chart.
  • You meet the following criteria:
    • Are between 21-43 years of age.
    • Are not on hormonal birth control or using an IUD.
    • Are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or in menopause.
    • Are trying to conceive.
    • Have ovulatory cycle between 15-45 days in length.

Data Review

• You agree to allow the kegg Customer Success team to review your kegg data to verify eligibility at the time of your refund request.
• If eligible, you’ll receive a refund for the price of your kegg, excluding taxes and shipping.

*For users 21 or 43: Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the pregnancy guarantee and complete a minimum of 6 cycle months before turning 44. 


The 6 Month Guarantee

Applies to orders placed between July 1-July 31, 2025 & September 4 - December 31, 2025 on our website at kegg.tech
