kegg's 6-Month Pregnancy Guarantee promises a full refund if you do not conceive while using kegg as recommended. This page covers who qualifies and what to expect after you apply.
This promotion applies to orders placed between September 4, 2025 and August 31, 2026 on kegg.tech.
Eligibility requirements
You must meet all of the following criteria to qualify.
Purchase requirements
- You are the original purchaser of kegg.
- You purchased kegg directly from kegg.tech between September 4, 2025 and August 31, 2026 during the 6-Month Pregnancy Guarantee Promotion.
- You began using kegg within 2 months of purchase (unless an alternative start date was arranged in advance with Customer Support).
Who can apply
- You are between 21 and 43 years of age.
- You are not on hormonal birth control or using an IUD. If you used hormonal birth control or an IUD in the past, you must have had at least 2 ovulatory cycles since discontinuation before starting kegg.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or in menopause.
- If you are postpartum, you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had at least 2 ovulatory cycles (after stopping breastfeeding, if applicable) before using kegg.
- You are actively trying to conceive.
- Your cycle length is between 15 and 45 days.
- You have not conceived (no positive pregnancy test) since starting kegg.
Usage requirements
- You completed the full kegg app onboarding process.
- You used kegg consistently for at least 6 full, consecutive cycles over a minimum of 6 months, with no gaps between cycles.
- You took kegg readings on at least 80% of your non-bleeding cycle days in each qualifying cycle.
- You timed your trying-to-conceive efforts during your fertile days, indicated by hearts on your cycle chart.
Data review
By submitting an application, you agree to allow the kegg Customer Success team to review your in-app kegg data to verify that all eligibility requirements were met. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method (excluding taxes and shipping). Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or account.

What happens after you apply
Our team reviews every application manually. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of submission for a response. We'll be in touch via email once your review is complete.
If you haven't heard from us after 3 weeks, please contact our support team using the contact form and include your submission date and the email address on your kegg account.
What we review
Our team checks your kegg app data to confirm all eligibility requirements were met during your qualifying period. This includes:
- 6 full, consecutive cycles logged in the app with no gaps in data
- At least 6 months of kegg use
- Reading consistency — readings on at least 80% of non-bleeding days each cycle
- Timed intercourse during your fertile window — hearts logged on kegg-identified fertile days
- Onboarding completed in the app
If your application is approved
You'll receive a time-sensitive email with next steps.
If your application is not approved
We'll email you with the specific reason your data did not meet the eligibility requirements. Common reasons include:
- A cycle with fewer than 80% of non-bleeding days logged
- Hearts not recorded during kegg's identified fertile window
- Fewer than 6 full consecutive cycles in your account at the time of submission
- Less than 6 months of use
- A gap in usage during the qualifying period
- Pregnancy was achieved
- Purchase was not made directly on kegg.tech during the promotion period
- Applicant did not meet the age or health eligibility requirements
