kegg's battery typically lasts for several readings without requiring a charge. The battery will drain more quickly when also being used for kegel exercises. Please charge kegg only when instructed to do so for optimal battery life.

-Charge your kegg only when prompted—avoid unnecessary charging.

-Store and use kegg at room temperature—keep it away from extreme heat or cold.

-If you’re storing kegg long-term (such as during pregnancy), charge it to about 70% and set a reminder to power it on and reconnect within 6 months. Regular use helps keep the battery healthy! Be sure to store kegg where air can reach it (aka, not in a ziplock bag).
