Why is my impedance trend going downward while my Fertility and Cervical Mucus Score is increasing??Updated 3 months ago
The Fertility and Cervical Mucus Score reflects the probability that a given day can result in pregnancy. The days with the highest probability are those days leading up to ovulation, while ovulation day itself has a lower chance of resulting in pregnancy. As a result, you may see your score decrease around ovulation. This doesn't mean these days should not be considered fertile. In fact, the days in your peak fertile window (which should coincide with your fertile valley in your impedance trend) are your most optimal days to try.
